Melt 1/3 cup oil and 2 squares chocolate in 9" cake pan. Cool. Add one egg, 1 cup sugar, 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 cup water.
Beat until smooth. Sprinkle with 1/3 chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes.
