1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. maple syrup
2 T. mustard
2 T. Worcestershire Sauce
2 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. garlic
Heat above until boiling and add 4 chopped chicken breast. Cook until chicken
is heated through. Place on sandwich rolls.
