Pumpkin Delight

Crust:
1 beaten egg
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. melted butter

Filling:
1 lg. can pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Preparation:
Oven 350 degrees
Mix crust and save 1 cup in freezer
Mix filling

Directions:
Use 9x13 greased pan
Use remainder of the crust on bottom of the pan
Pour filling and smooth on top

Topping:
Take reserve crust from freezer, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup soft butter.
Mix with fork until crumbles
Sprinkle on top (if sticky press into small flat pieces and lay on top)
Bake for 50-60 minutes
